How to solve "Unknown run-time error when integrating Revit 2016 to Robot 2016"

Dear supportor,

I am receiving the "unknown run-time error" when integrating Revit 2016 to Robot 2016.

This problem appears in any project

I'm facing the same problem. I copied the file as you specified. And unfortunately, this solution has not worked.

Could you please help me if there is any other solution?

please try another method like generate an smxx file 
if you still get this message try to reinstall the addins for robot revit linker
some times this message appear when you have an unstable version of revit or robot 
so by generate an smxx file it my be fix the problem 
and at last try to reinstall both revit and robot if the message still appear
