Revit is not really set up to do the fabrication drawings of steelwork, only the modelling.
If you have an AEC collection the best workflow would be to transfer your model to Advance Steel then Advance Steel will run the fabrication drawings automatically for you, it will split the model down into the piece parts and the assembly drawings.
