How to offset a non planer curve

Hi, Friends,
I have a non planer PolyCurve  (PolyCurve based in a curved plane) and i want to make offset inwards for this PolyCurve.  

can any one provide me with a python code to do that in dynamo.
Any help will be appreciated.
