How to model a custom foundation shape. because the abnormal elevation of piling group.

Hello pal, i have some exam to modelling the custom foundation (pile cap)
this unusual shape is happen because the previous elevation of bottom pile cap was +150.00m 

then in next revision the bottom elevation of pile cap changed int0 +151.00m
because the driven pile is already cut so one of the driven pile have a lower elevation 
then my lecturer ask me the model of 3D in revit, like this

can i get some guidance to modelling this in robot structural analysis, or the correct ways importing this from revit (like how to ensure the modelling in revit is correct, loading assignment is correct) and the basic/philosophy of that modelling (like additional stirrups or additional rebar for shrinkage?)
