How to create Oval Truss in revit? Oval from plan view

I want to create oval truss in revit but this is the first case during using revit.
To all experienced revit user, how to create oval truss like this (shown as B) ?

is it possible using truss template? or what method can be used easily for new revit user like me?

You can use beams and columns; however, the more practical way is to use either Pattern Based generic model and apply as a pattern on a divided surface or to use generic adaptive and repeaters. Check the following link, there is a brief description of how to model pattern base trusses.
