How To Change Order of Parameters in a Family?

How do you change the order in which the parameters are shown within a family?  Specifically, in the identity data section.  As you can see in my screenshot, the 'up' and 'down' buttons are greyed out.  I can sort alphabetically, but I can't manually set the order for what I want.


Please help!

What version do you have? Load the family.

I'm using Revit 2019.  I attached the family.

Everything is OK. This may be due to the Revit version.

The file is working fine at my side.

It seems that the problem is from the installed software.

If you have the same problem with all your families, check if you are using latest Revit 2019 update. Otherwise, try to reinstall the software.
