How rotate RevitLinkInstance on Level-Plane?

Hi!

Is it possible to do this using the "rotate" button? I'm just trying to rotate one of the connected model instances, but the rotation plane is located outside the plane of the plane, and nothing is working.

Is this a bug, or is this normal behavior, and we can't rotate individual instances of links in the plane of the Layer?

Sorry for the dumb question, I had to open the floor plan.

Although if you align the 3D view to [UP], it still won't work, which is strange in my opinion
