Glulam material physical asset parameters explanation

I am working glulam bamboo beams and I need to modify some properites of the physical asset of a generic glulam material.  Where is the documentation for these properties (see image)

Glulam Properties

1. Mechanical > Behavior (i.e. what is meant by isotropic, transverse isotropic, orthotropic)??

2. Strength>Construction (i.e. what is meant by Natural, KertoK, KertoS,ect.)

3. strength grade?

4. and why are yield and tensile strength set to 0?

Most likely this is the construction method to obtain the element.

Coudl you tell me where did you get this from? The actual material assset?

Are the different construction methods (natural, KertoK, KertoS, ect.) used in the structural calculation?  if so how are they used? why are we only given these options?  can we make our own construction methods ? is it useful or necessary to make our own construction methods? how can we make our own construction methods?

4. Yes the defualt material asset parmeter for glulam wood is defined as  "0"

An additional question:

I tried to make a custom material as transverse isotropic and it caused an analysis error: Incorrect Poissons Ratio.  What are the guidelines for entering poissons ratio?
