How do i recover a backup file for a Revit Server. I open , right click, copy folders else where but folders are either blank when trying to see a backup or does not work at all. Do i need admin rights or was server set up wrong. Trying this because all of my local and server file are saying they are corrupt and do not open.

Hello @Anonymous,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your models on Revit Server. You should be able to follow this process to restore previous versions of the local models created from Revit Server: Restore a Previous Version of a Server-Based Central Model Is this the process you are already using? If your local files are showing as unusable to restore from, the next best step would be to check other user's local files to see if they can be used to restore from.

Hello @Anonymous,

I wanted to follow up and see if you were able to use the suggested process to recover a backup, or if you had found a local on a different workstation to back up from as a next step.

If you need more help, don't hesitate to replay and I will be happy to assist you!
