Exclude current sheet from sheet list

Hi,

I have a sheet list set up which uses a combined parameter "Sheet Details" to concat the sheet number and sheet name into the format I require. See Below.

But is it possible to exclude the "Sheet Details" row from the list when you are dragging it onto the sheet with the same sheet number?

i.e. If I put the list onto sheet number 00110, the "Sheet Details" row for 00110 will not appear in the list. Similarly, if I put the list onto sheet 00111, then that row would be omitted.

TIA

Hi Howard, thanks for your reply, however, I think you misunderstand my question.

The idea is that if my sheet list is dragged onto sheet number 00110 for instance, then just the row in the list which shows the details of sheet 00110 will be omitted from the list.

You want the schedule to update based on the sheet its placed on? I don't know of any way to make a schedule "Sheet Aware" in Revit. only thing i can think of is making separate schedules.  maybe someone else can provide another idea?

Try this one,

Go to the sheet which you dont want to appear in your drawing list and uncheck,(Appears in sheet list)

This will take the particular drawing out from the drawing list.

Hi,

No, I did not get a solution to my question.

I do not believe REVIT has the functionality to achieve what I want, but the workaround is to create individual sheet lists with the necessary filter applied.
