Hello to everyone,

I am having a problem when I am trying to model a slab in revit 2018, I am getting an error that goes by the name "The work plane of this view cannot be used for this operation, This operation should be performed in another view or the work plane of this view should be set to a level by using teh workplane command" I didnt got this erroir the first time that I modelled the model, later I think that I have changed some settings, and now I am getting thsi operations while trying to model the slab for exemple.

best regards

What view are you working on?  Also, you can set the Workplane prior to creating the slab if needed.

in addition to @ToanDN suggestion, you need to set your work plane if you cannot create a floor slab . thanks
