Error message when loading customized window family

Hi

I´ve created a void family cutting the lower edge of a window as shown in picture. 

When I load the window family into my project I get the error message "can´t cut instance of window out of wall" and "One or more dimensions references are or have become invalid". 

Anyone got an idea what happend?
