Embed Beam Seat Connection bugged? Revit 2020

I cant seem to get the embed beam seat connection to behave properly. Sometimes the anchors would be connecting the top flange with nothing and sometimes the anchors are placed correctly. What seems to never work is the concrete wall opening automatically. Is this feature not working in Revit 2020?

I also cant seem to open that option when I try to modify the connection:

I just try on the 2022 and the issue is still there

Just want to add an update that it doesn't seem to be working properly in Revit 2023 either
