When exporting some drawings from Revit to dwg, the white filled region stays black in dwg. With the same settings for the drawing and the export, the export works fine on one drawing and not on others. I also use the same family of the filled region.

Did you actually use the same colour in the Filled Region. Because you can see that in autocad the colours are actually not the same. Revit treats "white" colour different as Colour (255-0-0).
