Capture.PNGhere is a better example then myself trying to explain it.. if you see how some lengths are put together to clean it up so they are not overlapping, my question is, is there anyway to make this process any faster or is there a way to automatically to this?

I think you mean you now have to move them 1 by 1, and by hand to make sure they are not overlapping and are readable?

As far as i know, there is no way in revit to automate the pocess.

Things you may want to consider though would be:

- Can you change to a different scale, so you have more space for the texts

- Can you change to a differen text hight, thus making them take up less space

- make more dimension lines so they are not all on 1 line.

But beside that, im affraid you have to keep moving them by hand.
