Create Limit of Disturbance/Zone of Influence below and to the side of Concrete Footers

I would like to model in a limit of disturbance/zone of influence below and around concrete footers in order to help with coordination against any below ground utilities passing by. I am trying to think of techniques to accomplish this in Revit and am having trouble coming up with ideas. I appreciate input. The attached Image will show what I am trying to model in Revit

I think you could creat a revit family to accomplish this. I'm not familiar with the design code of your country, so I haven't get the main problem you come across.

If the distance between foudation and the edge of disturbance at the bottom of foudation level is constant, then a certain profile of the limits of disturbance is settled(for strip foudation), from which you can extude/sweep the geometry; or you could determine the size of both top and bottom of the rectangle profile to blend the geometry(for independent foundation).

If the distance is variable, then you may have to define a parameter, to calculate the extension on the bottom of the zone. And, maybe you also need to use "if" sentence to decide which tangent value to apply.

@HarkinsBuilders

You should be able to work with the same concept used for clearance zones for MEP equipment...See discussion in the following Thread https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-mep-forum/revit-family-clearance/td-p/5468544

Thanks for the reply. This actually got me to what I was looking for, in particular that second video. But instead of creating an Extrusion, I utilized the blend tool so I could take the clearance out at a 45 degree angle.

How do I create the base for the 45 degree angle? How get it to blend out to a 45 degree angle every time?
