Greetings,
I may be called upon to draw a room in Revit. The room appears to be made from concrete tip up walls with a concrete ceiling. The walls should be okay (once I find and add the wall to my library), but how do I make the ceiling?

I'm uncertain how to draw in the waffle shaped concrete that makes up the ceiling. Would I render those as concrete walls that intersect using the bottom as the base and the floor above as the top of the wall?

actually you do not need to draw it using walls, the idea is to draw a thick slab (ceiling) then subtract the voids using one of the void tools
check this Link it shows you how to draw waffle slab

Thank you. I think this should work for me. I will be modeling this off of a point cloud. It seems like either way might work?

Have you tried to use Slab Edge?
Shape can be controlled by slab edge profile family. You can snap to the edges or model lines on the slab to create the edges.

No, I haven't tried slab edge. I'm basically very inexperienced when it comes to Revit. I took a basic class last summer, but haven't had any work with it. I will definitely see if I can find some YouTube videos on this too.
Thank you.

Try a slab with intersecting concrete beams. That may be the simplest solution.
