All of my cloud files are not opening completely, even after I clear my cache files. The only solution I've found is to reinstall Revit, but I'm tired of doing that repeatedly.
Whenever this problem occurs, I become unable to open the model until I reinstall Revit.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Antivirus blocking application from creating temp files?
Corrupted Windows profile?
Slow network?
Tried to open file without Worksets and links enabled?
Iv found most times that iv seen this issue, its usually to do with 3rd party applications/add in's.

- Clean the cache files on the local and roaming files;
- Clean the temp file
- Stop the add in's
