TQS Revit Export Error

While exporting a TQR to my revit, im getting this error:

I am not familiar with this software, I can only suggest off the top of my head ensuring the software's are compatible and the latest updates have been installed.

Also this appears to be more TQS specific than Revit so their support channel may be more beneficial and try the Autodesk Portuguese Forum as there may be users familiar with this package there.
