checkbox with if

Hi,

I can't figure out how to write the formula to check checkboxes if an other checkbox is on or off

if single and right is checked then i want right single checked

if single and left is checked then i want left single checked

if Double and right is checked then i want right single and right double checked

if Double and left is checked then i want left single and left double checked

It works but still figure it out how to read i guess

Or both single and left are checked or both double and left are checked then left single is checked.
