Can you override some beam member in revit structure to become fine that are in a course view setting. opng.jpg

Select the members you want to change, in the Properties change Structural Usage to Other.  Go to Object Styles, under Structural FramingOther and change the value for Projection to the Line Weight you're looking for.  Changing the phase creates other issues.

You need to create a dedicated family for those and edit the family to show Fine geometry for Coarse, delete or make Coarse geometry invisible.

this is a view specific option , it's apply to all elements in view, the only solution is to go to family itself and edit the visibility setting , you may create a yes/No instance parameter to control the visibility of geometry , as you know structural framing having two geometry one for fine setting and other for medium and line for coarse
