Changing the length of the elevation

Hello everyone, 

I am at the moment trying to change the length of one of the levels taht is shown at the picture that I am uploading. The problem that I am having is when I try to decrease the size of one of the levels, the other levels also have their size decreased... How can I only decrease the size of one of the levels?
