Central file problem

Hello
I have a weird central file problem, when I open the file some steel structures are not visible on sheets, but when I open the file and detach the central file then it's visible. When others open the central file everything is fine and everything is visible.
I have tried to make a new central file but the same thing happens when I close the file and open it again. I have also tried audit and restarting the computer.

lastly it might be a hardware issue check the driver of the VGA and other computers configurations

Make sure you open all worksets.

try to update your graphics card driver to the latest and see if helps.
