Cannot solve bar shape for curved bar (shape code 67 for BS8666)

Trying to edit the parameters for the bar dimensions just produces an error saying it 'cannot solve rebar shape'.  Similar to some other users the grips work but only give very limited accuracy and only for the bar length, I cannot see any way of editing the radius of curvature for the bar shape 67.

The bar dimensions I am trying to produce are definitely permissible ones with A = 2725mm and R = 2430mm for a B16 bar.

Ive also tried editing the B dimension to a calculated value at the same time but it still didnt work.  Im assuming the B dim should auto update as it only has 1 possible value if I set A and R?

I cannot repeat have and get those values to work without issue so can only take a guess that the element the bar is being hosted inside may be causing the constraint issue?

Alternatively try Sketching the Shape to those exact dimensions as it should pick up the shape code automatically - does the error repeat 

Try downloading the latest version of the Family from the Insert Tab > Load From Library Panel > Load Autodesk Family
