CANNOT COPY, PASTE ALIGNED, MIRROR ELEMENTS IN REVIT 2020 NOR DUPLICATE VIEWS

I need help with this error I have been getting after I try to copy and paste aligned, or mirror elements or duplicate views. I have uninstalled and installed Revit 2020 several times already. "A SERIOUS ERROR HAS OCCURRED. THE CURRENT ACTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SAVE YOUR WORK IN A NEW FILE BEFORE CONTINUING".  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Maybe a corrupt install of the coding program it uses.

Reinstall of all windows updates, and the C++ packages.

I did but still no change. When I click on the Managed tab and click on steel connections under structural settings I get the "Serious Error ...." message

Thanks

Is this a problem with any view or elements, or is there one specific group of elements you are trying to manipulate?

You may have a corrupt Family somewhere.

What about if any Links or Imported Categories are turned off?

Does this happen if you start with a new project and an OOTB Template?

Do you have any obsolete/out-of-date apps or plugins?

Have you tried enabling or disabling Hardware Acceleration?

Are there any Revit, Video Card or Windows updates/hotfixes available?

Bad luck. My advice is to stop guessing and raise a support ticket with Autodesk. If not you, then someone in your organisation has an Autodesk Subscription.
