Can't upload families from "Load Autodesk Family"

Hi! I got a problem with uploading a family from "Autodesk Family". When i try to access this feature a window pops up but there are not pictures(you can see it in first picture). Even if i try to upload it i got the message "The following families failed to download". Do you have any idea what can i do?

I am looking for a rectangular footing(you can see it in second picture), if you have created something similar and want to share it with me would be great!

Thank you!din revit.pngfundatie.png

No, not seen it. Might be something to do with internet connection. Coneection issues, Firewall settings or other rules (set by IT) maybe?

Maybe you can test on other computer?

Also have a look at THIS thread, might be useful.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

where are you select the "Autodesk Family" tool from? The Out of the Box load family tool is not called that.

if you go to the Insert ribbon, then go to the Load Family tool and pick the same family, does it load?

Your Load Autodesk Family is too big.  Reduce it so you have a maximum of 5 columns.

From the first picture, it shows that you were trying to load a rebar shape 11 family, but you are saying that you want to have a rectangular footing (but the second picture shows a somewhat triangular footing). I am a little bit confused about the information provided, so if you could clarify further of what you are trying to accomplish (?).

If you do want to have a rectangular footing, the OOTB isolated foundation should have one or two already. You can just edit or duplicate the OOTB type to length x width that you need.
