Bending rebar sketch

Hi everyone,

does anyone know why Revit does this?:

Mirroring or changing the parameters also isn't an option as the shape gets mirrored as well + it would even be a bad workflow to model the rebars and then mirror everything.

It's always something...sigh...

Not 100% if I am on Page here, but place using Space so it was on the Left (as I know it needs to be flipped)

Then changed the Angle to 180 degrees

it would be nice to have Flip Controls in the Label directly - Annoys be when placing a Realistic which is oriented correctly and then switching to Schematic if flips around!

btw: also take a look at shape 51: it's flat

My engineering company won't like this. 

I was super excited to finally get to use the bending details, but it turns out to be a major disappointment

If you asking why it does not automatically come in a Vertically alignment automatically for Schematic Detail I can only assume there is something in the background driving this?

As Orientation > Model should do this but by providing the other Orientation and Rotation Settings you can achieve the result you need but not automatically so maybe something you can raise with the developers.

To be honest if I was doing Rebar day-in day-out I would be using Graitec or CADS addins for speed and functionality as Revit is always playing catch-up in this area!
