Beam to Beam - Change End Reference doesn't keep its position

Hi all,
I have a beam connected to the beam with the specified cutback on both sided.
Blue beam is connected to the green one. I have adjusted the alignment reference (Change End Reference button) for the blue beam (as depicted in the state '1'). When I reload the green beam family to the project environment the alignment reference with the green beam is losing its desired reference (state '2') and goes back to the default bounding box of green beam.
Any suggestion what could be the issue here?

-In Plan View, drag blue dot to center of Column/haunch. What happens?

-Try using Join Geometry of Beam to Column/haunch. What happens?

Hi

Thank you for your suggestions. Blue dots are centered so it is not the issue.

I found a problem. I added a cutting void with the assigned Visibility parameter (offset length parameter as depicted), so when I turn off the visibility for the void it moves to the side changing the bounding box of the beam.

Problem is solved now. Thanks anyway.
