No, you can do that on an individual basis because your base levels are different.

select all columns THEN select all isolated foundation.

you can try something like this , create a levels (just copy levels for your reference only ) where do you want to attach your column base levels and see if helps .thanks

 

you can also hide the copy levels created in view, if you don't to see them.

thank you for you help

 can Autodesk make tool or update "Attach column" command to do the following :

 

1- select all columns

2- then select the "Top of PC" Level

3- then columns automatically extended to the "top of pc level" without takes isolated footing down.

Post this to IDEAS board. As I have said before Revit also has own limitations. We are trying to suggest a solution with your issue, but you still not satisfied. Sorry I can't' help much.
