Architecture stairs in a ceiling soffit

Can someone explain to me how to correctly display architectural stairs in a soffit view?

Here in Switzerland, we draw our formwork plans in the engineering office as slab soffit views. This way, the walls and the slab of the respective floor are shown on one plan.

Everything works fine so far, except for the stairs.
These are never shown correctly, as one knows it from a floor plan.
I only have a dashed line and no stair treads or joints that I can see.
I tried to make them visible by overwriting the display values, but nothing worked.
The problem I see is deep in Revit.

Hi @Anonymous

Use the Plan Region tool, select the area you want to view, and change the view range for this region only.

Stairs are shown without nosing/riser lines in ceiling plan views.  A workaround is overlay a plan view of only the stairs on sheet.
