Annotations, levels, grids and section markers is grey for all views.

Hi, 

I am using Revit 2024.3 LT

All my Annotations and Level, Grid and Section markers are greyed out, I checked VG and the only thing that was odd was that none of those could be overridden. Even my Splash Screen is grey.

All the items that is greyed can still be moved and used.

Do you have any linked files?

Are they in a Linked File and not your model directly?

Are there any Filters applied?

Is there a View Template controlling this?

Also, i have come across halftone before but it usually affects all items

I can see in your clip for VG that you have Design Options in the project.

When you are in edit mode for a Design Option the elements that are not part of that Design Option will be half-toned. To test this set the active Design Option to "Main Model" (either from the bar at the bottom of your Revit window or from the "Manage" tab) and see if the half-tone annotation objects go back to their standard appearance.
