Draw it using pick 3D line then grip stretch to the desired length.

I have placed a beam although its saying to check the Vg SETTINGS AND PARAMTERERS even though I have all the categories turned on I still can't see it in 3D or in 2D plan.

No.  You already have the green model line so you just need to to use Pick Line tool + 3D snapping box checked to create the L bracing, then grip stretch it to adjust the length if need be.

I know but even if I pick it my angles disappears I had to import a correct angle from another project and copy and paste it into the current project..

You can also draw the angle directly without picking the model line, by change the view to coarse so that you can snap to mid point/endpoint/intersection point of other members more easily.

Sound like something is wrong with your angle family.  Where did you get it from?  Did you load one from the OOTB library?

Maybe you should share your model here because I cannot replicate what you are not being able to do.

As stated I am trying to align my angles to be like the first picture shown. However it is coming vertical up when orientated through the structural brace system  (when creating). Tried doing it regular through the just placing the beam but as a angle and it is no where to be found I've made sure that the category is turned on which it is. I've search through the model but can't find the angle. ]

I have tried your 3D snapping however I still get the same orientation as shown in picture two the only way I resolved my problem was copying a angle from a old project and placing it in my plan view which had the correct orientationbracing.JPGB.JPG.

I need to see a video how you managed to draw the member perpendicular to the line.  Can you at least show a screenshot where you start drawing the member (showing the ribbon and option bar as I showed them)?

Here is what I got using pick line to draw or draw the member directly on the line.

Which method do you want me to screen the brace system one or the beam one ?

Huh?  I don't dictate means and method.  You can use which ever works for you, as along as it captures this screen.
