Add New Steel Shapes to Existing Steel Shapes - shared

Hello,

I created custom steel shapes with built in parameters for calculating steel tonnages.  The families reside on our network.  My typical workflow is to add some of the shapes from the Cloud Based families.  When I am ready to create my schedule, I add our families and overwrite the families.  This works just fine.  The problem I have is when I add additional steel to the project (different shapes) I get a warning that I cannot add non-shared families.

When I load in my custom families (built from the cloud) I never get the pop up message to select the different sizes.  Is there a way to fix this also?

I figured it out.  I had to open a new drawing and reload the shapes (all sizes).  Then I had to open the family in the editor and export the family types .txt.  I saved this file in the same location that my custom shapes are saved.
