Accessing my student Plan

My student plan is valid through August 2022 but I cannot access the product on my computer. It keeps telling me that the product has expired.  How do I renew my access to the product? Do I have to reinstall the product?

What happen when you press the restart access button?

This is what happens. After I sign in it brings me to this page. There is no link to renew the plan.
