Tray connection without fitting

I went into a project and I found 2 trays connected without a fitting. it's there still a logical connection between the centre lines of the trays. some knows how to do this?

Is it the type of tray Without Fittings, there are two kinds. With and Without fittings.

If you press Tab when your hovering over them, if more than one length is selected, it shows they are connected.
