Family part get exploded while exporting NWC file from Revit 2021

Hello everyone,

I am encountering a frustrating issue with my NWC file exported from a Revit model. In my Revit model, I have various types of families, but the problem arises with a specific family (as depicted in the image below).

When I export the model to an NWC file, everything seems to export correctly except for this particular family. In Navisworks, I'm unable to select this family individually (As a single component) it appears as part of something larger.

Could anyone shed light on why this might be happening? Are there any settings I should adjust? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Does the family has DWG file in it?

Can you share this family for inspection?

Hello,

If you have a scaled DWG inside a Revit family, when converted to NWC format, it returns to a 1:1 scale, getting larger or smaller!

Hi @fabiosato do you have recommendation rather than importing CAD DWG on the family as a symbol? Thanks

Hello,

Usually, generic annotation or detail items are used to create the Symbols; you can also use model or symbolic lines to create symbols.

But do you need them in the NWC?
