tip for creating plan regions on ceiling with variable height

I have a lot of pipes in the ceiling

the problems is that the height of the ceiling change so i need to create a lot plan regions.

there is any faster to make plan regions without using sections all the time to check the height in the specific area?

Is it the ceiling which changes heights or is it the soffit of the floor/roof above which changes?

Maybe post a screenshot of the section through the problem area?

i make a section in a place which you can see the difference of the ceiling height.

If your plan view discipline is Mechanical or Plumbing I don't understand why you can't just set the top plane to the highest level - the ceiling/floor will be wireframe  and won't interfere with the visibility of the pipes. You don't even need plan regions, just adjust the view range:
