Space Type Parameters

I was wondering if there is a way to create new Space Type Parameters in Revit?  I would like to setup default space type parameter to match IMC / City Of Chicago / Ashrae.  The current list of Space type parameters does not have all of the criteria I need to make a Ventilation Schedule that basically self populates.

If you talk about the list of parameters as on the right in the screenshot, then no. They are hardcoded

That's what I was thinking. It would be nice in future updates that Autodesk allows for these to be customized.
