Set default file location when clicking Open projects

I am using Revit MEP 2014.

 

I am trying to figure out if there is a setting or something I can change that would allow me to, when clicking Open, either from the Quick Access Toolbar or from the main screen.

Thanks!  I had tried that before, but did not restart the program so I thought that couldn't be it.

 

I did restart the program and now it is working.
