On a side note, realize that it downloads the entire central file to compare
changes between central and local.

A save to central action is just a "delta" save. Only saving the portions
of the model that have changed.

If I'm working in an existing MEP model on my local drive and draw one piece
of duct, when I save to central does it just save the piece of duct (since
its the only change I made), the entire workset the duct is placed in, or
the entire model?
I'm assuming Revit keeps track of changes while you are working so that
saving to central does not resave the entire model each time. Let me know
if this is true. I'm just trying to understand the intricacies of Revit.
Thanks.
