You can set up one or more custom exports to set layer colors, linetypes, etc for each category in Revit. But if I understand what you're asking, you can't use a DWT with pre-defined layer colors & linetypes to export from Revit.

i have a project in revit mep with 32 sheet, but when i export to autocad i have a multiple file, with multiple reference, can i have minimun reference in minimun dwg file?

Revit won't create a single DWG containing multiple sheets. You'll have to use a custom program to do that. Check out this post for a program that will allow you to combine multiple DWGs into a single DWG.
