Revit MEP isometric export in hidden line shows up as wireframe in AutoCAD

I´ve been trying to export a sanitary isometric from Revit to AutoCAD as a visual style: hidden line, but once in AutoCAD it shows up as a wireframe.

Is this even possible?

Or are my only 2 options to export as a wireframe or as shaded and have it show with a poly mesh?

When you export it all of the geometry is exported including the hidden bits.

Autocad views are usually wireframe by default.

To recreate the hidden setting in autocad, change the visual style in autocad.

Ps one of your tees is back to front, just in case this affects any analysis you might be doing.
