Can't hide section cut in the view from the visual graphics "VG"

Hello revit users.

I received this project from a company that I have to do some modifications on it.

I can't hide section cuts symbole by unticking section cut, "family" from the visual graphics template,

I don't know what that company has messed around to have this behavior. 🙄

*However I can select in each view level the section cut , right click , and hide it as a category, and revit hides it only in that view.

ps.

MEP project,  UI is in french, but  [Coupes"french" = Section cuts "english"]

Someone has created a bunch of subcategories for sections. Normally, there are none. Sections are either on or off.

You can either dig into the subcategories and figure out what is happening or share the file for someone to figure it out for you.
