Revit MEP filters into dwg files

I need to convert Revit MEP files with filters (2012 or 2011) into Autocad MEP dwgs (2010)..... Can I export the filters I have created in revit out to the Autocad dwg files? Currently we are exporting them by systems and compiling them back into one file in Autocad.

Not that I have seen.

However in 2012 the export to 2D function has been improved which allows you to apply "a filter" to the normal "layer exports". i.e instead of just exporting ducts to a duct layer you can now export to a duct-supply layer, etc.

2011 though is still the same.

Thanks, julianjames8403.... This is what we had previously discovered I just hoped it was not true....

Here's another angle.. If we made workset instead of filters would this help us when we export? We using 2012 REVIT MEP... It this helps?

Thanks again for your response...
