REVIT LAYERS

Good morning team

In context:

In my coordination meeting, by NAVISWORK, the BIM coordinator is requesting me about piping layers.

My problem is the following

In my project I am using the generic layer to do my piping work (ex. P-SANR). I have never change this category or family...idk.

Question:

Can i create a new category to transfer all my pipes separated by system to get a better selection and visualization in the coordination meeting by NAVISWORK.

Please see the picture bellow.

Layer modifiers should be an option (Revit 2023). You will have to do this for all the parts of the pipes (e.g pipes, pipe fittings)

BTW why not supplying the BIM manager with the Revit or IFC model and do clashing on the 3D models?

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Yes Sr. i found a solution.

When we go to Export, we can create a new Export profile, like a template and you can show in your exported cad file the tags or name of the pipe that i wanted.
