Portable Air Conditioning study

I was curious if anyone knew a way to simulate a portable air conditioner to maximize it's efficiency. They questions I would like to answer are:

1. The effects of different BTU rated units(10k, 12k, 14k) on energy consumption and cooling capacity.

2. Exhaust ducting size (real life Whynter 12k dual hose portable AC 1800w 13 amp 60hz) and the effects of extending OTB hoses.

Side question unrelated to Revit. Problem: factory cord to short, it is recommended that they are put on a dedicated curcuit. Dedicated receptacles, seeing what they are used for, are not always close to windows. Extention cords are not an option due to my liability in a commercial endeavor. Given the requirements stated above, what gauge/type wire would be necessary for 25'? 

I started the first emergency residential air conditioning service in Arizona. I would like to maximize overall efficiency, reduce installation time, create more flexibility in their placement. I also use radiant heat barriers over South and West full sun windows to reduce the SHGC. I hope Revit can be used to solve some of these issues, as it will serve us all, as I strive to reduce the amount of energy it takes to operate them. Thank you

There are much better programs for this. Revit just isn't built for such detailed calculations even if you can get actual performance data from the manufacturer.

Thank you for responding. I was trying Revit because prior to starting my business I freelanced for a few architects using Revit. It's the software I'm most familiar with. It's not the end all be all, but if it was possible it would helpful. I made the hard decision to close until I conducted an investigation and came up with a solution to the power supply issue.
