No Suitable Geometry Found

So, I dealt with this error:

Using Revit 2014 and 2015. I haven't dealt with it for a long while now. Until today. I am currently using Revit 2017.1.

What I am try to do is, export linkedin Structural and Architectural models, by level, from 3D views. Which have templates assigned to only them showing only what I want per view. But, I am getting this error. Every time I try to create any level above the ground level. Any ideas what the issue could be? I know about all the old ones that affected 2015 models. But, I thought these were all cleared up by now.

Update on this. So I just checked "Convert linked files" in the Navisworks Exporter options "Revit". And I don't get the "no suitable geometry" error.

But, now I am getting a new window popping up. Which will effect my scheduled NWC creation. Any idea why this would be showing up?
