Modifying spaces for MEP model with linked architect model.

I have a project I'm trying to modify the spaces I created. I created the spaces using room bounding on the Arch. model placed spaces automatically and then renamed the spaces.

The architectural model defines the kitchen as extending into the guest suite foyer. I need this changed for my MEP model.

What is the easiest way to make this change? is there a way to not need to modify the architect model?

thanks,

You can use a space separation line where you've marked the dashed line in the kitchen to stop that space from extending into the foyer.

If however there is a room bounding element between the guest room and the foyer then you would need to change it to non-bounding if you want the guest room space to flow into the foyer. Or for that latter part, if you don't want to or can't edit the architectural model you could make the foyer its own space.
