Is it supposed to be a Revit plugin? I would check with the plugin creator. I wouldn't be surprised if it does not yet support Revit 2019, since it's only been out for a few weeks.
Currently, the Sanha Product Line Placer does not have support yet for Revit 2019. We expect to add this support in the near future. The App is now available for Revit 2016, 2017 and 2018.
