leader line in diffuser tag

I needed to create a custom diffuser tag to match the company standard but I end up the the leader leaving the tag off centered.  I moved it a round and still cannot get this centered in any postion.

 

Any idea?

Edit the family and re-center the circle.  If it still doesn't work, share the family.

Hello @RJK42,

 

When you use the OOB Air Terminal tag family from the library you will see that the family is not aligned properly to the Reference Planes.

just move your labels and lines so the center of it lies at the intersection of the Reference Planes

When placing the family Revit will determine the bounding box of the elements in the Tag family. The bounding box is used as border for the leader line.

 

Here is the result after correcting the position of the elements in the Air Terminal Tag family:
